Who do we partner with?
We Partner with one-man companies, SME IT Support companies and also provide our Enterprise solution to data centre operators. As a Partner you can be as technically involved with our service as you want to be or we can install and support our service on your behalf. All we ask is that you check your client backups are working and perform a test restore once every six weeks as you would any tape based system. There are numerous emails alerts and reports which can help you monitor the health of all of your customer backups from one location.

By becoming one of our partners you can be assured of a realistic pricing structure. We guarantee that if you can find a like-for-like service at a lower price we will give you 3 months free usage of our service.

Easy to understand Partner program
We have one simple Partner program with two pricing structures which you get to choose from, these are Pay As You Go and Partner Managed. The process is made simpler by the way we provide the service. As you start offering online backups you will naturally start with just the one customer so it seems fair that we offer you a simple Pay As You Go service and so we do. This means your new customer pays a simple fixed priced for each GB they store with us. There are no hidden charges for bandwidth or licenses and all support is free of charge (this includes us remotely connecting to your customer’s server to install and support the backup for them).

As your customer base grows it will become prudent for you to have a quota of storage from us at a much lower price so you can provide the service as your business model dictates. This allows you to provide the service at a lower price to customers on a budget backing up a single desktop, and at a higher price to customer backing up servers, databases and email systems.

Calculating the cost
Your customer won’t know how big their backup will be by teh time it arrives on our service, howevere they will know how data they require backing up on their servers and desktops.Our software will compress files by up to 90% but that is real only achievable for text files and logs. We anticipate a standard Windows network with Exchange will compress by around 40%. To be sure, we advise your customer goes onto our 30 day trial. By the end of the 30 days their backup(s) should have completed and they will know how much their backup(s) will cost (we can set this up remotely for you, and there is no charge for that).

Hassle free and fair
We don't ask you to commit to a monthly incresase in revenue and all contracts are on standard 30 days termination.

Blling
We are flexible in our billing approach in that we invoice at the end of each month for the storage you have used and provide a further 30 days for you to reconcile your account.

The extra mile
We know that as exciting it is to check backup emails and logs everyday on every server you manage, you may forget to do this once in a while. That is why we will always try let you know if a backup has stalled.
This is made easier because our software you have the option of an email being sent to you after every single backup succeeds or fails. In addition you will have a daily roll-up report on all of your clients sent to you every day.
We also strongly encourage test restores every 6 weeks and are available to perform test restores as required.
