Synthetic Full Backup for Exchange Server Backups
Instead of running frequent Exchange Server full backups to limit the number of incremental log files you can now run a Synthetic Full Backup on an Exchange Server to reconcile the transaction logs. Synthetic Full Backup for File Backups
WorldBackups now supports Synthetic full backups for file based backups where the amount of versions exceeds a certain percentage of the original backup size. The size of the version files backed up in the subsequent backups will be much smaller. During the Synthetic Full Backup of the file, only the changed data with respect to the earlier Full Backup or Synthetic Full Backup is backed up. Mail Level Restore

With v3.5 SP1 release, you can now search for specific emails in a mailbox and restore just those into the Exchange Server. E.g. you can restore just the Sent emails from 8am to 11am on a particular day for a specific mailbox. .
